How long does it take?

Orders typically take 30 days before the first fitting. If alterations are required, we work hard to complete changes within a week. Rush orders are available for special delivery in under 2 weeks.

How much does it cost?

The cost of the custom tailored clothes is based on the selection of fabric. We buy fabrics in large quantities to reduce the cost of our fabrics and pass the savings on to you.

We strive to make the starting prices for our custom clothing comparable with off-the-rack name brand items (e.g.: DKNY, CK, Ken Cole, BCBG, MaxMara, etc.) With shirt prices starting at $99 and suits starting at $699, you get the added benefit of perfect fit, the highest quality fabrics and a style that matches your personality - Step up to 12 Threads custom-made clothes!

How often do you get new fabrics?

New fabrics arrive year round. We regularly update and add to our selection of fabrics. Certain fabrics – especially our shirting – sell out quickly!

Make sure you sign up for our mailing list to ensure that you have access to the latest fabrics!

Can I order clothing online?

At 12 Threads, we believe that a personal meeting with our Style Consultants will allow us to understand your clothing needs and desires best. This also gives us a chance to show you the different types of fabrics and let you FEEL the difference. Additionally, our years of experience allow us to take measurements more accurately than any "Do-it-yourself Custom" company.

For these reasons, NEW customers may not order online; however, if you have met with us in the past, we will have your measurements, previous orders and preferences recorded, and you may order from the latest styles at any time!
